This knife was originally designed as a chef’s knife (and is very similar to the one that’s been tested extensively in the kitchen here!), but this one has a belt sheath and could be put to work as a kitchen utility knife or for use around camp or even skinning. It has ample blade space for slicing and dicing!

Overall, this knife measures approximately 9 3/8 inches, with a 5 1/4-inch blade. The blade is 3/32-inch, O-1 high carbon steel with a satin blade that will take on a fantastic patina with proper use.

It has a walnut handle and three bold brass bolt sets. No lanyard hole.

Comes with one of Ike’s handmade leather belt sheaths and set for work!
