Available This Evening!
Howdy, everybody! There are knives available now! Included in this line-up, you will notice two themes…boning knives and Help-N-Hand knives. These two are new designs and this is kind of like a introductory “mini series,” just in time for Christmas! Here are some additional views.
This boning knife looks absolutely classic; ideal for processing big game, fish, or kitchen duty.
Curly maple Help-N-Hand. Love this light, handy kitchen/meat/slicing knife style!
Classic Hunter with a stabilized walnut burl handle.
Help-N-Hand with a light osage handle. Osage will develop a fine aged look over time.
Check out this Boning Knife XL! It’s nearly 12 inches overall, with plenty of blade and a comfortable style for all your processing jobs.
And the Woodsman Jr. introductory special is still going on, too!
Thank you for visiting the blog. Hope you have a great evening!

Enter the 2020 Lucas Forge Drawing!
Howdy folks! With Thanksgiving just around the corner, it’s time to announce the 2020 Lucas Forge knife drawing! We always enjoy seeing your entries and reading the stories behind them….such as this previous entry.
“We had a great fall caribou and moose hunt this year in Alaska. We took a nice bull caribou and moose. The custom Kephart you made for me performed flawlessly with skinning, fleshing and general camp kitchen duties. I own many knives, and my Lucas Forge Kephart is, by far, the best all around field knife I’ve ever carried. Thank you so much for making such a fine product.” -Jon D.
Thank you for your kind words and beautiful photo, Jon!
Check out the official drawing details here.
We look forward to seeing your photos and choosing this year’s winner.
Spotlight: Customized ProSkinner
This beautiful knife is a customized version of the ProSkinner model, with a slightly shorter blade length. It has a sating blade finish, stabilized maple burl handle, and dual toned pins.

Cross-Hatching!
Today we’re spotlighting a custom Woodsman Nessmuk knife with a curly maple handle and a whole lot of cross-hatching! Normally when you order a knife with the cross-hatch option, it will only appear on the front of the handle, the area where your thumb might rest. See an example here! This custom option adds grip and a very cool look to any knife.
This Woodsman Nessmuk was requested with super-custom cross-hatching across the whole handle!
Visit the Custom Options page to see more of the design choices that are available for your custom Lucas Forge knife! Thank you for stopping by.
