Aged oak is often the first choice on the order form if you go to order a Lucas Forge knife, and it’s a great choice. A native wood, with a great deal of grain character, it has a nice, natural grip. As a handle it is simply finished and easy to maintain with a little oil or Windy Ridge Wax.
